Clinical Progress to Date

Ventracor has made substantial and ongoing progress since the first implant of the VentrAssist in June 2003

• More than 170 patients have been implanted with the VentrAssist in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Norway and the USA.
  
  
• Ventracor has built a strong and capable team which continues to be strengthened with the appointment of talented and experienced people.
  
  
• A significant presence has been established outside Australia in Europe and the United States of America.
  
  
• Ventracor reported its first sales revenues in 2006 from payments for the VentrAssist and sales of more than $5 million for 2007.
  
  
• Revenues from European sales and sales during our US clinical trial program, are continuing to increase.
  
  
• The US Food & Drug Administration has given approval for our US Bridge to Transplant pivotal trial and our Destination Therapy pivotal trial.
  
  
• We have implemented scaleable manufacturing processes which are able to support our clinical trials and future sales.
